CYBROX
Copyright and Removal Policy
CYBROX does not grant rights to third-party media. This policy explains responsible use and the information needed to submit a specific copyright or removal report.
CYBROX is a technical utility for inspecting public media links. It does not own third-party media, grant permission to copy it, or create a permanent public catalogue of downloaded files. Users must have the rights or permission required for every link and intended use.
Creators and rights holders can report a specific public link or CYBROX behaviour that they believe infringes their rights. Clear, complete reports can be investigated more quickly than broad claims about an entire platform.
Responsible use
Download only media you created, material you are authorised to save, public-domain works, or content whose license permits the intended use. Public accessibility alone does not establish permission to copy, edit, publish, sell, or redistribute a work.
CYBROX must not be used to bypass account access, payment, encryption, digital access controls, or source-platform privacy settings. The service does not ask users to provide source-platform passwords or authenticated browser cookies.
Third-party platform names and logos are used only to identify link compatibility. They belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not represent an endorsement or partnership.
Submit a copyright or removal report
Open the CYBROX copyright report form. Include the following information in the message:
- Identify the copyrighted work or other right involved.
- Provide the exact public source URL and, when relevant, the CYBROX page or behaviour being reported.
- Explain why you believe the use is unauthorised or harmful.
- State that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
- State that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for that person or organisation.
- Include a reliable contact method if you expect a response.
Do not submit passwords, login cookies, government identification, payment information, or private access tokens. The report should contain only the information required to understand and investigate the specific concern.
Review process
CYBROX may check whether the reported link is public, whether the service stores or merely processes the item, whether the source has already removed it, and whether a technical restriction is practical. The service may disable support for a particular link, source pattern, or workflow while reviewing a credible report.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Incomplete, automated, misleading, or unrelated notices may receive no action. A report about material hosted by another platform may need to be directed to that platform because it controls the original page and media.
When appropriate, CYBROX may preserve the minimum operational information needed to document the report, prevent repeated abuse, or comply with valid legal process. Feedback retention is described in the privacy policy.
Incorrect or disputed reports
If you believe a restriction resulted from a mistake, submit a new report identifying the affected public link, the earlier notice if known, the basis for your authority, and why the material is permitted. Supporting license information or a source-page statement can help establish the facts.
Do not make knowingly false claims or impersonate a rights holder. Users remain responsible for their submissions and may lose access when they repeatedly abuse the service or reporting process.
