CYBROX

Privacy Policy

CYBROX is a 100% ad-free online media downloader with no visitor tracking or third-party ad networks. This policy explains how media requests are processed and how downloads work safely.

CYBROX provides free, high-speed media conversion and extraction without requiring user accounts or registration. CYBROX is completely ad-free: it loads no third-party banner ads, popups, smartlinks, or ad-tracking beacons. The web server maintains no permanent download logs or user profiles.

The web server has permanent access logging disabled. The browser keeps recent download history and preferences strictly in local storage on your device; those values are not sent to CYBROX as analytics.

Data collected during a visit

Like every internet service, the server necessarily receives your IP address, browser user agent, requested path, and request time while handling a connection. CYBROX uses this transiently for routing, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and delivery. It is not written to a visitor profile or traffic analytics database.

CYBROX does not request GPS access or browser geolocation permission. It does not create a visitor ID or send page-view heartbeats.

When you submit a media address, the server sends the necessary request to the relevant source platform to inspect public metadata and available streams. That source receives network information from the CYBROX server according to its own policies.

Submitted links are processed to fulfill your request, not to build usage history. Media may be temporarily cached for conversion and delivery, then removed by the application cleanup workflow. CYBROX does not provide permanent media storage.

The server retains only diagnostics for genuine application failures (HTTP 5xx or uncaught exceptions). These records contain the endpoint, status, server node, error type, and redacted technical details. They do not include a visitor IP, visitor ID, or submitted media link.

Human verification

When enabled, CYBROX uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals and your IP address for the human check. Our server submits the one-time verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare; our verification request does not include your submitted media link.

After a successful check, an essential, signed __Host-cybrox_verified cookie lets this browser start requests for up to 30 minutes without repeating the check. It uses Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite protections. It is a security pass, not a visitor tracker. Raw Turnstile tokens are not saved. A short-lived one-way token hash prevents replay across servers. Clearing site cookies removes the pass.

See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information.

Ad-free operation

CYBROX is 100% free of third-party advertisements, popup networks, smartlinks, and ad-tracking cookies. We do not partner with ad networks or track your browsing activity across the web. The utility operates independently as a clean, fast, uninterrupted media downloader supported by community contributions.

Retention

There are no visitor analytics or web-server access logs to retain. Server-error diagnostics are kept only for operational troubleshooting and are automatically limited to recent errors shown to maintainers.

Feedback submissions contain the time, category, message, and any link you voluntarily include. They remain until reviewed or removed. A one-way, short-lived signature may be used to prevent feedback spam, and a local browser-storage value can prevent accidental repeat submissions.

Sharing and external services

CYBROX has no visitor analytics data to sell or rent. Hosting and network providers process requests as necessary to deliver and protect the website. Source platforms process requests when you ask CYBROX to inspect or transfer public media. Each source operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

The public homepage and guide library use system fonts and locally served assets. They do not need a third-party font request. Media thumbnails can be loaded from their source after you submit a link, depending on the result returned.

Information may be disclosed when required by valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others from abuse. CYBROX does not promise secrecy for information a user voluntarily places in a feedback message.

Your choices and requests

You can use the public downloader without creating an account. You can clear the local recent-download list, preferences, and security pass through your browser settings at any time.

To ask a privacy question or request removal of a feedback submission, open the feedback form and provide enough information to locate it. Do not include passwords, platform cookies, private media links, or unrelated personal information.

Security measures include HTTPS, human verification, request limiting, and restricted server access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
