CYBROX

Terms of Use

These terms set the operating rules for using CYBROX, including responsibility for submitted links, permitted downloads, rate limits, service changes, and third-party rights.

These terms apply when you access or use CYBROX. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, do not submit links or request downloads.

CYBROX provides a technical interface for inspecting public media links and transferring available formats. It does not grant ownership of third-party media or permission to use material beyond the rights you already possess.

Permitted use

Use CYBROX for media you created, material you are authorised to save, public-domain works, or content offered under a license that permits your intended download. You are responsible for determining whether a download, copy, conversion, storage, or later distribution is lawful and allowed by the source's terms.

Do not use CYBROX to bypass payment, authentication, digital access controls, geographic restrictions, or privacy settings. Do not submit credentials, session cookies, private share tokens, or links containing another person's confidential information.

You may not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights, distribute malware, automate abusive request volumes, probe private infrastructure, interfere with other users, evade rate limits, or create a misleading impression that CYBROX is affiliated with a source platform.

How the service is provided

CYBROX is provided as a free, 100% ad-free utility supported by voluntary community contributions.

CYBROX attempts to inspect the link you submit and present formats the source makes technically available to the server. Sources can change without notice. A link, platform, codec, resolution, playlist, or transfer method that works today may fail or disappear later.

The service may impose request limits, connection limits, temporary blocks, or other controls to protect availability. CYBROX may refuse a link, source, client, or request pattern associated with abuse, excessive load, legal risk, or technical instability.

Downloads can be streamed, proxied, converted, combined, or temporarily cached depending on the source and selected format. CYBROX does not promise permanent storage, archival access, identical filenames, or preservation of every item in a playlist.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of links you submit, the security of your device, available storage, network charges, and the files your browser accepts. You should verify a saved file before relying on it and scan untrusted material using security tools appropriate for your device.

Do not treat a successful extraction as proof that a transfer completed. Do not treat a server-delivered response as proof that your browser retained a file. Browser settings, connection failures, storage limits, and user cancellation can affect the final result.

You are also responsible for any use of downloaded material after transfer, including editing, republication, performance, commercial use, or redistribution.

Third-party platforms and names

CYBROX is independent from the third-party services whose public links it may recognise. Platform names and logos identify compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

Your access to a source remains subject to that source's terms, policies, technical controls, and decisions. CYBROX cannot restore removed content or resolve disputes between a user, creator, and source platform.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an available basis. CYBROX does not guarantee continuous operation, error-free extraction, a particular speed, compatibility with every device, or availability of a specific quality or format.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CYBROX disclaims implied warranties associated with the service. You use the tool and resulting files at your own responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and enforcement

CYBROX may update the service, supported sources, limits, and these terms as operation evolves. A substantive terms revision receives a new updated date on this page. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply to later use.

Access can be restricted when requests violate these terms, threaten service stability, or create credible legal or security concerns. For privacy details, read the privacy policy. To report rights concerns, follow the copyright policy. General technical reports and suggestions can be submitted through the feedback controls on the downloader.
